About Alfie

We enjoyed a simple, peaceful existence for almost a decade, and then adopted Alfie in April 2010. The advantage in our family of humans versus felines is now squarely on the side of those who eat string. Is it possible to live a stylish life with a lovable four-legged lunatic?

Addendum

In October 2011, we added Sadie and Hudson—two dogs heavy on the Labrador retriever in addition to a few secret ingredients—to the family. The cats weren't consulted, and only ask: "How long are these squatters staying?" We're looking forward to a smooth, easy adjustment period.
